OCS celebrates a significant milestone: Our 50th anniversary!
Founded on January 1st 1974 in Adrara San Martino, Bergamo, OCS has come a long way, evolving from a small workshop to become a model of excellence in the field of moulds for rubber, silicone and other elastomeric materials.
Our history
Our founder, Guido Savoldi, started the business with great passion and determination, leading OCS to become a landmark in the field. Since 1974, we have designed and manufactured over 79,000 injection and compression moulding moulds, taking our customers through a complete journey, from design to the automatic removal of parts from the mould.
Innovation and growth
Over the years, OCS has always focused on innovation. In 1979, we introduced the first German semi-automatic milling machine, and in 1982, we purchased our first CNC machine. These steps have allowed us to constantly improve the quality and efficiency of our production.
The 90s saw the arrival in the company of Guido’s children, Cinzia and Stefano, who brought new energy and skills, contributing to commercial expansion, especially in international markets.
Services and quality
OCS not only offers high-quality moulds, but also chrome plating and sandblasting/satin finishing services, further improving the performance of our equipment. We were also pioneers in this field: since 1999, we have had a department dedicated to these treatments, which was completely renovated and expanded in 2021.
Our team
Today, the OCS team employs 32 people, each of whom contributes with dedication and professionalism to our continued success. The growth of our team is a testament to our expansion and constant commitment to excellence.
