Correct mould maintenance is a priority for every moulding company to obtain quality pieces.
In fact, producing with a worn mould involves longer production times and difficulties in the subsequent deburring phase.
Specifically, during the deburring phase with nitrogen, it becomes difficult to detach the articles due to the large flash caused by the mould wear.
In the next step, during the grinding of the rubber parts, further problems relating to the tolerances of the pieces could arise.
All this then leads to a very high percentage of waste .
For this reason, we have created a video course with practical and effective tips which help to lengthen the mould life cycle and facilitate the moulding process.
About Us
OCS was founded in 1974 as a manufacturer of moulds for O-Rings. In the last 10 years OCS has expanded the range of moulds offered, making moulds for rubber and silicone technical articles.
More recently, we have created a department dedicated to the exclusive production of more complex moulds.
With almost 50 years of experience, OCS has had the opportunity to support moulders ,helping them to find solutions to different problems and difficulties in the moulding process.
Within our company there is a division dedicated to customer support: OCS Service.
In our team there is a direct customer assistance officer. He dedicates all his time to finding effective solutions for moulding companies by analysing their production department.

Our traditions, linked to the territory, have led us to acquire consolidated skills in the field of rubber and moulding.
Currently, we support moulders with targeted training with the aim of making moulds management easier.
